Nylon fusible bonding yarn
The main uses of polyester hot melt yarn: mainly for heating adhesive functions, used in band-aid yarn weaving, high-tenacity webbing, wool carpets, mats, car linings and other fields.

1. Good flexibility. The ductility is close to that of wool, and it can basically be recovered after 5% to 6% stretch. The aging resistance is higher than other chemical fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and the specifications are reliable. The elastic mold is 22~141cn/dtex, which is 2~3 times higher than polyester. Nylon fabric has high strength and strong elasticity response, so it is strong, durable, anti-aging and does not require ironing.
2. Good thermosetting property but poor melt resistance. Because of its smooth surface and tight internal molecular structure, polyester is the fabric with the best temperature resistance among synthetic fabrics. It is thermosetting and can be made into short skirts with long pleats. In addition, polyester fabrics have weak melt resistance and are prone to holes when exposed to soot and flames. Therefore, try to minimize contact with cigarette butts, flames, etc.
3. High-temperature resistant polyester is made of melted yarn. The formed fiber can be heated and melted again, which is a thermosetting fiber. Polyester fiber fabric has a higher melting point, but lower specific heat and heat transfer coefficient, so it has higher temperature resistance and heat insulation. It is preferably man-made fiber.
